| Located on 36.33 acres of mountainous terrain, this site presented a number of topographical challenges. As the owner preferred a one-story building, the solution was to strategically site the building to maximize the best approach (up the slope) while minimizing the environmental impact. The kindergarten through fifth-grade school is organized into separate "houses," each with support space. All grade-level "houses" are linked to the main spine of support spaces. |
