| This new middle school was designed for 1,000 students and is organized around a central commons area. Noisier areas, including the cafeteria, auditorium, gymnasium and vocational classrooms are located off one side of the central commons area. Meanwhile, the administration area, media center and the separate grade-level wings are connected to the other side of the commons. This project also included a lighted 1,000-seat football stadium with an eight-lane track, a lighted baseball field, two soccer fields and a separate structure for concessions and restrooms. |
