This project restored the building at 5 East Marion Street to its early 20th century grandeur.
Originally built as the Town Hall/Fire Station for the City of Shelby, the building now houses an 80-seat, upscale restaurant at street level, as well as over 8,000 sq ft of office space on the second.
Renovations included a new elevator, new floor and wall finishes, new windows, facade restoration, a new HVAC system and electrical and lighting improvements.
