Iredell County required a new facility that would unite the staff and services of three seperate locations into a single building. The design, a two-story building with 190 finished offices, includes space for a future office upfit. The first floor houses the majority of the Income Maintenance offices, as these receive the most traffic.The second floor houses the Social Services and Administrative offices. The site is graded to allow for future installation of park benches and picnic tables overlooking the detention pond. |
